ELIZABETH JONES
HEALING FOR THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND SPIRITUAL BODIES

About Me

I am no stranger to body aches and pains both mental and physical. I am not sure if I have chosen or been chosen to work in the healing industry because I would not trade it for the world. Having gone through and continue to grow in my own healing process I have first-hand experience profound difference the right person can make in providing what is needed most at the time. Be it massage to ease the tired body, an ear to ease a troubled mind, a shoulder to transfer and ground some weight, or some acupuncture coupled with craniosacral therapy to work on the more subtle physical and energetic structures. They have all played a role in my physical and mental healing in the various pain and thought patterns I have accumulated over the rocky years of military services and stress of civilian life.

I have my masters in acupuncture from Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine my associate in massage from Intellitec medical institute. I have additional studies with Grand Master Richard Tan,  Aromahead Institute, and Upledger Institute. I've done multiple coursework in NLP as well as holistic health.  I've enjoyed yoga teacher training to deepen my own practice and am developing my own movement meditation practice.

imageAny avid massage receiver knows that not all massage therapists are equal and I know how frustrating and expensive it can be to find a good one.  It is my personal mission that anyone receiving a massage from me will have to look no further for a reliable, relaxing, and pain relieving therapist. Whether you are after pain relief or just need to relax, I may very well be the therapist you've been looking for.

Knowingly or not we store emotions and memories in our bodies. When receiving a massage it's rather common for some of these emotions to arise. This is a normal occurrence and a positive sign that your mind and body are both ready for the healing process of letting go of whatever is causing it to be thrown out of balance. Talking out memories can go along way in releasing physical pain. I am of course HIPPA compliant, not only by law but for moral and ethical reasons.  It is important you know that any matters discussed during your session remain strictly between us.

I use 100 % pure essential oils, hot stones and warm towels in my practice.
